I’ve purchased several cars in my lifetime, and my latest purchase from Rick’s of a 2015 Toyota Highlander has been one of the best car buying experiences. From the time I arrived, Blaine was very warm and welcoming while waiting on Shawn the salesman. He set me up for a test drive, and encouraged me to take my time and really get a feel for the vehicle, and I did. The car was clean, well maintained per carfax shared by Shawn, and offered at an affordable price. There was no hassle in the process anywhere. From Blain, to Shawn, to the finance manager (forgive me I forgot his name), to the owners grandson BJ (I think), every face was friendly. If you’re looking to purchase a used vehicle any time soon, do yourself a favor, and take a trip to Rick’s on Randleman Rd in Greensboro. You will find a fine and honest group of people ready to assist you with your purchase.

My experience with Rick's Used Cars was outstanding. I can't say enough about how I was treated. I was searching for a replacement for my RAM 1500 after deciding to sell my current RAM to my son. I negotiated a deal yesterday at LKN CJDR, only to receive an EMAIL last night that they had sold the unit we had agreed on. I searched on line this morning and found the absolute best RAM 1500 deal I could have hoped for. Blaine and Matt at Rick's Used Cars met me at the door this morning, let me take the Rebei for a demo ride, worked the deal, got the finance locked in, and completed my purchase in less than 4 hours. Whenever I need to purchase again, I will look no further than Rick's Used Cars. They are customer focused and ready to handle all of your purchase needs. I will never go to LKN CJDR for purchase or service again. LKN CJDR's customer focus and relationship skills have disappeared since becoming a division of Park Auto Group. These guys were the real deal. Matt was excellent. There was absolutely No pressure and When I couldn’t make up my mind on one vehicle he said sure man it’s not like you’re buying a bike. You can always leave and come back so I really appreciate that and the fact that none of their cars come from the north east so not Rust buckets. I just picked up a Toyota forerunner and had to drive it back to Myrtle Beach drove flawlessly and now I have a piece of mind that I have a quality car that will ask me for many years thanks guys. Keep up the good work.

Great experience with everyone at the dealership, from Shawn the salesman, to the finance manager, Matt and the GM Blaine. Made buying the truck I wanted an easy process. They answered all my questions and any issues I had they quickly resolved them. Would buy another vehicle from them and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle.
