Amazing customer service from Blaine and Matt, these guys were awesome, they were honest about the vehicle, and very easy to work with, I was in and out within an hour, and left with a good reliable truck, pricing was the best I’ve seen, definitely recommend a vehicle from Ricks used cars!!

Shawn was an absolute delight to work with. He was up beat and encouraging and patient as we navigated a first time auto loan. We were able to test drive and workout finances with the Rick team working together. I would recommend for future buyers and ask for Shawn! 10/10

Blaine and Matt helped me out tremendously… God was telling me stay patient and it led me to them.. they helped me every step of the way. Blaine stayed in contact with me through the whole process and put me in a beautiful black 2015 Expedition… I would recommend Rick’s to anyone looking for a car and ask for Blaine.. He’ll give it to you straight and he won’t put his name on a car that he wouldn’t drive himself. Thanks y’all 🙏🏽🙏🏽

First off my experience here was more than EPIC, I rolled in looked at a few trucks, was not tackled in the lot, Blaine was phenomenal , ran my license had a key in hand in 5 mins, was able to do the test drive with my wife and no sales rep. There finace mananger Matt, was nice, friendly and caring he didn’t make me feel rushed he didn’t beat around the bush told me how it was. I ending up buying a 2018 2500 6.0L with 84k miles on it here. Than Blaine noticed I didn’t have a hitch which I needed for Monday and refused to let me leave without one, we dug threw his stock and found one. I am so happy I stopped in at this location. Thank you Blaine! And MATT you guys were epic to work with. -Paul
