Shoutout to BJ and Matt at Rick’s Used Cars for their trustworthy, timely, and hospitable service when I purchased a 2011 Toyota Land Cruiser from them. Buying a used car always comes with concerns, especially with older models. However, the team at Rick’s eased my worries by providing a free Carfax report and walking me through the work they had done to prepare the vehicle for sale. They were diligent and efficient in coordinating the right financing and went above and beyond by waiting several hours for my brother and me to arrive from Atlanta to Greensboro to pick up the car. Although we were concerned that our long drive might be a waste of time, we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival—the vehicle and paperwork were ready and waiting for us. Thanks for making what could have been an awful experience pleasant for us 🙏🏾

Some of these reviewers need to go to google and look up what a USED car is. Buying a used car is always a gamble. Yes, some dealerships are in it just for the money. Rick’s Used Cars is not one of those dealerships. This purchase was no pressure from the start. It’s a family owned business, with professional employees. My vehicles starter failed at pre-purchase examination. They COULD have taken my money and sent me on my way with a bad starter (the vehicle started, it was just weak) but they took the time to replace it.

Everyone was polite and welcomed us in along taking very good care of us. Matt was very easy to work with and helped me get the loan that worked best for me.

Matt was extremely friendly and patient! He never rushed the process even 1 hour after closing time! They have a great selection of vehicles and I highly recommend Matt and the team there!
