I have nothing but good things to say about the people at Rick’s Used Cars! They were able to put me in my dream car for a very reasonable price. We were greeted immediately when we arrived, and we were off on a test drive in no time with Shawn’s help. The owner (BJ) even let my fiancé put the car up on a lift to look it over fully. Finally, while we were finishing paperwork, our salesman Shawn washed, detailed, and filled up my new car! These are people who are confident in what they’re selling and want to help make you feel comfortable in your purchase. We will definitely be back to buy our next car here too!

Worked with Matt. Great service. No games. Purchased a used car from out of state. Gave me all the information I needed. He wanted for our outside vehicle inspection to be done. Which added a few extra days onto the sales process. He helped us set up shipping of the vehicle. I recommend calling them if you see a vehicle you like.

Great experience, we drove over an hour and a half to look at thier vehicle selection and it was worth it! They were not pushy, we had had free rein to make our decision, they even stayed open late on a Saturday for our family. So to sum it up, great selection of cars being sold by great people! I wish we lived closer because its not every day you can buy a car and make a friend!

If you are in the market for a used vehicle I would like to recommend Ricks Used Cars Inc in Greensboro NC! Ask for Matt he is great to work with. My husband has needed a new truck for a while. However we was having a hard time finding the perfect truck. We have been looking for a truck for several weeks. 2 weeks ago my husband was driving home and the passenger side front axle broke on his work truck. Our searching went from looking to needing a truck asap. The next morning we drove to Greensboro and Matt went above and beyond to make this happen for us that day. If you go get a vehicle from him tell him he came highly recommended from Jason at JJ's Handyman Service!
